Visually check all parts for: solder bridges or splashes, backwards, missing

components and component orientation.

Apply 30 VAC & check polarities

Apply 60 VAC check voltages

Apply 120 VAC

Offset => 10mV (+) or (-) maximum measure W/Respect to GND.

T.P. lower pins on R109, R209, R309, R409

Offset on tape out => maximum (+)(-) 10mV

Check signals
